We ship pan India through registered reputed courier companies via Shiprocket Pvt Ltd. We are currently taking international orders globally, in association with registered and reputed courier companies.

  

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We process the order within 2 business days after the order has been placed on website (www.krutiartisanhaat.com). It takes approximately 5-7 business days to deliver our products to you. You will get the tracking details on your registered mobile number/email ID. For further queries, you can get in touch with us on support@krutiartisanhaat.com

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We process the order within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed on website (www.krutiartisanhaat.com). It takes approximately 4-15 business days to deliver our products to you. You will get the tracking details on your registered mobile number/email ID. For further queries, you can get in touch with us on support@krutiartisanhaat.com

 

PRE-ORDERS

We are not taking any pre-orders currently. But you can contact us on support@krutiartisanhaat.com to get in touch with us for any specific product that is out of stock. 

Please note that Weekends and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES- DOMESTIC

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Shipping is free for domestic orders above INR 1000 and standard INR 100 is charged for shipping for products below INR 1000 pan India.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Navi Mumbai. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

 

LIMITATIONS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is only applicable for orders up to 5 kg in weight. For purchasing more, a new order can be placed.

International shipping is unavailable for food products on this website.

 

TRACKING PACKAGE

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.

  

MODES OF PAYMENT

For shipping inside India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard/Visa) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks as well as a bank deposit to our company account.

For international orders, payment options will be declared during check out.
